According to the report of the Governor, these 194 projects have been invested by 12 real estate companies / projects with a total investment of US $1,066,500,000. The Economic Land Concession Project has five companies developing on 11,728 hectares of capital, worth $112,548,924.
The Long-Term Leasing Investment Project has three companies in the area of 7,031 hectares of total investment capital of US $7,693,034,440. Total investment of $3,900,570,251.
Investment in tourism and hotel services (60 companies / projects) total investment of $10,745,601,849.
The Agribusiness Investment Project has 11 companies / projects totaling $213,953,540.
Manufacturing Investment Projects (06 Companies / Projects) Total Investment: $59,063,674.
Investment in food, beverage, and tobacco (9 companies / projects), total investment of US $334,729,740 and SEZ (10 companies) in 2,586.26 hectares Total investment: $ 1,481,358,802.
The Preah Sihanouk Provincial Governor’s report added that the government and authorities have also issued 1,355 construction permits with a total area of 13,107,209 square meters with a total investment of $7,099,417,227 USD also. These construction projects are from 2017 to May 2020. And from 2005 to May 2020, 529 high-rise buildings in Preah Sihanouk province have tallied 529 projects.
